3. Coaching & Wellness Disclaimer

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your scheduled appointment time and ask clients to honor their commitments.

​Individual Sessions

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session cost.

No Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Group Classes & Events

Due to preparation, staffing, and material costs, refunds for classes, workshops, and events are generally not available unless canceled by Peaceful Valley Life Coaching, Inc.
